L'emplacement a proximite immédiate du tram 44 et le personnel très souriant et très agréable. L'hôtel est également très proche de nombreux restaurants.
L'hôtel mériterait un peu de rénovation. Les chambres sont trop standardisées sans gros effort de déco.

La proximité du centre historique, le petit déjeuner, la piscine
L'attente au desk pour le check-in, attendre également plus d'une heure pour la confirmation du parking intérieur, encore une heure en plus pour le safe. Bref arrivé à 17.30h et sorti à 20.00h pour la visite touristique !!!

Pas de restaurant pour manger le soir, pas d’heure exacte pour « nettoyer » la chambre, une fois la chambre « nettoyée » les drapes de lits ne sont pas changé

Petit déjeuner parfait beaucoup de choix. Personnel très bien souriant agréable et disponible pour toutes demandes
Le lait pas assez chaud certainement a cause du débit de la machine Sinon l'état des chambres . Elles nécessiteraient une bonne un bon coup de peinture et autres Carrelage brise, baignoire avec un trou bouche par de la colle et enfin papier prés de la porte de sortie bien abime. L'état des chambres est surprenantes vue le bon état du reste de l'hôtel
